Shocking departure....Yesterday we were not able to get in touch with Carla for the daily telephone call.
In any case no problem at all because tonight at seven sharp we spoke with the lady of the Desert and she assured us that everything was fine. The miss comunication was due to the fact that yesterday there were a lot of clouds and
the solar panel was not able to recharge the sat phone batteries.
As soon as she got into her natural enviroment all the psicologic problem dissappeared and the walking is going good: up to now she made 55 kilometers. Carla is walking in a predesertic nature: long white bore plains. In any case in one or two days the real desert will start with over 1.100 dunes to pass over.
If some one is walking to let the time goes by there are other two persons (me and Oscar) that for the same reason are telling each other their lives....we are just at Oscar's childhood.
